It Gets Better

During Outfest they called for all the gay/lesbian teens to come up on the stage. The wonderful people from It Gets Better were there filming for a documentary. As these kids were up there standing proud, we all yelled "IT GETS BETTER" over and over. It was amazing and moving and I started tearing up. To imagine someone hating you, for loving just breaks my heart. We need to make sure our youth has our support. They need us. The looks on their faces of happiness to be themselves was over powering.
